Helen is a former HR Director with over 25 years people experience and track record. With previous roles at KCOM and BT, she now works as an independent people consultant and coach, helping leaders and teams find and reach their true potential. She’s passionate about organisations harnessing the best from their people, helping them create ways of working to drive breakthrough personal and commercial performance. Helen works with the team on project delivery and brings a HR perspective to our work.
