Georgia holds a master’s degree in occupational psychology and focused her dissertation on psychological detachment when exploring hybrid and remote workers in the modern world. This quantitative analysis highlighted the challenges workplaces have confronted since the increase in Automated Intelligence and Digital technologies regarding work/life balance. She has a particular interest in training and fatigue and aims to encourage workplaces to improve processes to increase staff satisfaction. Georgia gained valuable experience while studying psychology in the United States, further expanding her knowledge and cross-cultural insights.
