Laura Hunt

Research and Organisational Development Manager

Laura has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and over 11 years’ experience working in Human Resources, with her most recent role being a HR Partner in a HR consultancy. Her predominant focus areas were organisational development and management development/support. Laura is particularly interested in the human behaviour behind how we operate at work, and how a good people manager can make a huge impact on employee wellbeing and also business productivity. Laura works with the team on project delivery and brings a HR perspective to our work.
