Dr Katie Cunnah

Psychologist & Postdoctoral

Katie is a Psychologist and Postdoctoral Researcher within the Centre for Human Factors, co-ordinating projects and managing business development activities as well as contributing to project delivery. Katie has prior experience in mental health, business, consulting and education. Her research interests include pro-active approaches to the management and reduction of work-related stress, resilience within the workforce, and tackling distress through psychological intervention in the workplace. Katie is currently leading on and contributing to projects within the Centre for Human Factors that support clients in evaluating, developing and managing their wellbeing provisions such as through gap analyses, occupational stress risk assessments. Recent work has included applied research projects in policing, fire and rescue, utilities, local government, NHS organisations, and higher education.
