Dr Katie Cunnah

Operations Director and Senior Psychologist

Katie is a founding member of the Centre for Human Factors, and leads on project development, delivery and business development. Katie’s specialist area is work-related stress risk management, and in this work she draws on her prior experience in mental health, business, and education. Her interests include pro-active approaches to the management and reduction of work-related stress, resilience within the workforce, and tackling distress through psychological intervention in the workplace. Katie is currently leading on and contributing to projects within the Centre for Human Factors that support clients in evaluating, developing and managing their wellbeing provisions such as through gap analyses, occupational stress risk assessments, and the evaluation of interventions. Recent work has included applied research projects in policing, fire and rescue, utilities, local government, and higher education.
